1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within South Africa and the United States. Unfortunately, we do not yet offer international shipping outside these two countries.

2. Shipping Costs

  • South Africa:
    • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of 150 ZAR applies to all orders within South Africa.
  • United States:
    • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of R600 \ 33 USD applies to all orders within the U.S.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Time

  • South Africa:
    • The Courier Guy Shipping: Delivery is typically within 1-4 business days.
  • United States:
    • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g., weather, national holidays, etc.).

5. Delivery Service Providers

We use reliable local and international courier services for deliveries, such as:

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Shipping times and costs may vary for remote areas. Please check with our customer support team if you live in a rural or hard-to-reach location.

  • United States Shipping Restrictions: We may not be able to ship to certain remote areas. Please contact us if you're located in an area with shipping limitations.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and work with the courier service to resolve it as quickly as possible.
